I have been asked to set up a blog for a disabled user - she uses a head mounted prong to tap away on the keyboard. She cannot use any voice activated tools either (because she cant speak very much).

She uses the TAB key a lot and has some software which allows her to select the alt/ctrl/shift keys as well.

She cannot use a mouse or arrow keys to control the kurser. Any type of input helpers that control the kurser are pretty much useless, she's tried them all, as this is something she has had to deal with all her life (not being able to use here hands).

Has anyone had any experience setting up drupal for a similar user.

I have played around with a default install of Drupal 4.7 and by just using the tab key I ran into a few problems, mostly annoyances, and I think most of them could be mitigated easily.

Any links to blogging for the disabled etc would be much appreciated. I'm really just looking for good advice and some guides to best practice etc.

Anything to make things easier for her to have her own website with blog, a gallery of images and a few pages of content.
