I like to building website and have automatic system as this

1. Member can vote topic in 3 choice as "Very good, fair, bad"
2. When topic voted reached to 100 time.
3. Topic have "very god" voted less than 50 point will automatic delete.

or

1. Member can vote topic in 3 choice as "Very good, fair, bad"
2. When topic voted reached to 100 time.
3. Topic have "verygood" voted over 50 point will move to A category, Other topic (verygood point less than 50 voted) will move to B category.

I'm very sorry for my English language.

I have a suggestion from somebody,He say use "Vote Up/Down + Views" It's can do for that. I'll try it and I'l tell for drupal community

Hello,
I don't have the specific answer, but the rules module is great for adding logic to your website when people do various things. Maybe you can place some custom php and/or queries there.
