I am trying to make my comment field to be displayed by default to users so that they dont have to click on "add new comment" before start filling out the comment form ... just to make things easy for them ...

Go to your content type(s) that use comments and edit the Content type. Scroll down until you see the Comment settings link and expand that. Then look for this setting: Location of comment submission form

Set that to: Display below post or comments

That should do it.

that solves it all, I dance around this everytime but didnt notice how extremely simple it was
