I built a site on a subdomain and tried moving it over. Im at the point now where I click on links and it will updated on my site but sometimes take me back to the original domain of that page so instead of site.com/forum it will take me back to test.site.com/forum. Why would it still be doing this?

Did you change your base_url in your Drupal settings.php file? Check your settings.php file and make sure your base_url line of code is showing your new domain URL.

Ok, did you make any of your menu link paths absolute? Are they all relative and created via the Drupal interface? If you made any of them absolute you will need to update them.

Also - did you run update.php on your new site/server? I would try running update.php and see if that fixes the issue. I would create a backup of your entire site and db first before running update.php.

Sometimes running the database schema update per above solves these types of issues.
