Having the ability to have two or more text fields/radio/select list for each field (of a content type). The target is again about survey's but I can think of a few hardware inventory related reasons where the ability to have multiple text fields/radio/select list for each field/part of a content type.

the date module now has start and end components so this is certainly now possible

I'd be especially interested in having a field with a node reference and a text field.

I think I'm going to start hacking the nodereference module...
