First of all, thanks for a great module, though I've just found few discrepancies.
For non-ascii latin letters there are both uppercase and lowercase ascii equivalents described in i18n-ascii.txt (Ç = "C", Ñ = "N" and ç = "c", ñ = "n"). But for cyrillic letters, both uppercase and lowercase, there are only uppercase ascii equivalents (Ж = "ZH", Ф = "F" and ж = "ZH", ф = "F"). For lowercase cyrillic letters (i18n-ascii.txt lines 525-555) there should be corresponding lowercase latin equivalents (ж = "zh", ф = "f").
Also, for some cyrillic letters translitertion equivalents are just incorrect, for example cyrillic letter Й corresponds to latin letter Y (or J), not to I.
BTW, may be use of transliteration module makes sense? For transliteration of URLs it fits pretty good.

AlexisWilke commentedakagroundhog,
Better late than ever...
I made the fixes you present here.
I will leave this issue open in regard to the idea of using the Transliteration module instead.
Thank you.
