I get following error when trying to add weblink in 4.7.2

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: links_normalize_url() in /home/.../modules/links1/links_weblink.module on line 437

I can't replicate this on my system. By chance, is it possible that you have enabled links_weblink.module and have not enabled links.module in your settings? Also, please check to ensure that you have links.inc in the same directory as links_weblink.module.

I think this issue can be closed., I am not able to replicate this now.
