I'd like to be able to use the IMG tag when posting issues. So I guess I need Full HTML access.

Hm, well typically we give out the doc admin rights for folks that are doing docs and not just issues. ;-) As far as I know, we typically just upload images on issues rather than actually embedding with the image tag.

if you are still not planning to do major docs work, please do upload the images you need embedded on a new docs issue so an admin can embed them for you. i'm going to mark this won't fix, but if you do intend to do further docs work, please reopen it and your request can be reevaluated.
