Mark Order As Completed Rather Then Payment Received

Situation:
Configuring a digital delivery store. Using this module to handle orders totaling $0.00. Need the module to set the order status to "Completed" in order to enable the digital download(s) within the customer's account. Currently when checking out using this option the order is set to "Payment Received". As a result the customer does not gain access to the downloads until I have edited the order manually. Can you provide direction on how I may change this?
