This very well could be a problem on my machine, but the fact that I'm running panels_everywhere on my localhost I felt that I should at least mention this. When I first load the "Content" tab of the site_template within page manager, it takes some time before the panes display correctly. Its about a 5 sec wait. I've attached an image. Again - sorry if this is something else related to my machine...but I've just never seen this happen before.

Hmm. I've never had this problem. I'm curious where the delay is.

It does suggest that for some reason, javascript is running very slowly for you. This could take some investigation to figure out why that's happening, and I'm not sure it's actually going to turn out to be on the page manager side.

a) It's really really old.
b) No one can reproduce it
c) It concerns the page manager, and is as such in the wrong place.
