Hi,

I just noticed that a user with 'administer amazon' permissions set at ./admin/user/permissions seems not to be allowed to access ./admin/settings/amazon/test (message: "Access denied"). ./admin/settings/amazon/storage and ./admin/settings/amazon are accessible.

Testing an ASIN is a practical feature, so it's not quite clear why Sysop roles are not allowed to access this page.

Greetings, -asb

You have to have "access administration pages" permission to get to anything on the admin pages. My bet is that's the issue.

If we were to move that out of /admin, where would it go? It's kind of a natural place for it.

Any content with an ASIN, of course, is the same as a test page.

Thanks, Randy, but my "Sysop" role has all available permissions checked, including "access administration pages" (localized: "Zugriff auf den Verwaltungsbereich") under "system module". I'm seeing this sub-menu only as user #1. I'll check this on my other sites.

Bizarrely enough, it was set to 'access devel information'.

This patch should fix it.
