Both D6 beta and dev version transcoding a 20 MB mov or other type files into over 200MB flv files

After much a do I succeeded in taming the wild beast called Media Mover and its associated modules. Now when everything seems working alright I am faced with this strange problem of ffmpeg converting any file into a flv file of over 10 times more value. I guess it has something to do with looping problem. I tried using both dev version of ffmpeg_wrapper module and dev version, but getting same result. It is also showing some problem with audio codec. I don't know how to resolve this issue. Please help. I am attatching here the test conversion file report of ffmpeg_wrapper.
