Move to View / Edit tab

I like the idea with this module, but I think that its usefulness is limited due that that it will actually only offer me something just after a new node just has been created. I also use Better Messages so as soon as I close the popup overlay add another is gone.

How about moving it to the node tabs, except when in Edit, instead?

That way it will always be visible on any node that my user has permission to create and I have configured it to be visible on. This would be especially useful for blogs.

An option to not viewing it when in Edit mode would be nice with that.
