Issue Summary
Would be nice to be able to output a node listing in ical format. analogous to the RSS formatting provided by viewfeed.module

I agree, I was thinking the same thing. You're welcome to provide a patch if you get to it before I do. My first focus is going to be on getting calendar views working right.
