Module is not reading current Date/Time config and is displaying another time zone - probably where the server is actually hosted at. It is reading the information from the local weather station correctly but just showing two zones over.

Where else should I have the time zone set but in the 'date and time' configurations?

There is a timezone setting in site configuration->weather underground. This is the one that the module uses.
