I have path filter, among other filters enabled on my local test site. I used image insert to create an inline image in my node. The input format is full html and the following filters are enabled on this input format, lightest weight filters at top:

Internal path filter
Line break converter
URL filter
HTML corrector
Image resize filter
Lightbox filter

Inserting the image inline (my editor is FCK) seems fine until I save and view changes. The code shows a url with the language prefix appearing twice. Upon each open and resave of the node, another prefix was added. It now appears like this:

http://pardubice.mska.cz/en/en/en/en/en/en/en/system/files/images/RD1891...

I am unsure what could be causing this but this whole setup is causing another language prefix to be added upon save and no matter what editing I do, the link breaks.

This issue is very old, and a fair amount has changed in the code since then. The referenced bug is closed, and noone else has reported or confirmed this issue in over a year. Marking as resolved.
