I recently upgraded this module per the security update. Upgraded the standard way, removed the module folder, extracted the tar, and ran update.php. The problem is that available updates is still stating that the module is not secure, and I should upgrade to 5.x-1.4 or 5.x-1.3.

Any suggestions?

I cleared all of my cache tables. The Available Updates page is still stating that the module is not secure, and I need to update to either 5.x-1.4 or 5.x-1.3.

Moving queue... make sure you use the latest update status version - or update the version, please. Otherwise it could be an Drupal infrastructure bug or you have not removed sections from all directories...

Total facepalm here. I had a copy of the module in another site directory that I totally forgot about. My apologies.
