Since upgrading to 4.4, I've been getting the following email:

Looking up www.praecedo.biz
www.praecedo.biz
Making HTTP connection to www.praecedo.biz Sending HTTP request.
HTTP request sent; waiting for response.
Alert!: Unexpected network read error; connection aborted.
Can't Access `http://www.praecedo.biz/cron.php'
Alert!: Unable to access document.

lynx: Can't access startfile

Has something under 4.4 changed that would impact the way the cron job runs? Perhaps something that previously was not enabled is now enabled, but I don't know what to turn off so this message goes away!
