At the access control area, there is the "upload files" and "see uploaded files" posssibility to set.
The "see uploaded files" seems to work ony to avoid people to see the file´s list, but letting them to actually access the file.
If an annonymous user get to know the link, it can be accessed...!

Is this a bug? If it is not, please change this to feature request.
And if it´s changed to feature request, it would be very cool if could coexist two category of files, the unprotected and the restricted ones, so this way you could protect or unprotect the file when you upload it, setting the ability to restrict that file only to the role that have access to that taxonomy (maybe using the tac_lite module).
