our website is totally broken.
the upgrade to 5.2.1 went smooth and was working several days ago.
our hosting service did a package upgrade and now the web site is broken.
none of the links work.

can someone help me to get in a back door to fix this, or suggest how I can fix.
I did a mysqlcheck on the database and it came out OK.

I get redirected to http://www.shreemaa.org/drupal/ and see a page about Devi Mandir... seems to work fine!

I can't enable clean urls, for some reason.
can someone take a look and advise?

As far as I can see right now (maybe you managed to fix something meanwhile) the site works, but clean url's are disabled. See http://drupal.org/node/15365 for instructions how to enable clean url's. If necessary, ask your web host to make changes to the configuration.

We cannot see your server configuration, so I think your webhost can help you better than we can.

really... that is true.
they updated Apache and broke clean URLS.
they had to fix it for us.
clean url's are working now but not from drupal.

if I try to enable 'Clean URLs' at the drupal site, it works to enable, but when I leave the settings page, Clean URLs goes back to 'disabled'. anyone know what's up with that?

Sorry, I don't know why the clean url's would disable themselves after you enabled it.
