We're trying to move our marketing department over to a CMS so they can make pages without waiting on our department (IT).

One thing they do a lot of is request slideshows of flash videos.

The slideshow autoplays on page load, and each slide is a preview of each flash video, and when the user clicks on one of the slides the flash video starts playing in place.

Does anyone have any suggestions on existing solutions. I did search, but couldn't find anything close to this.

You can make a web-based FLV player to present the flv video in the main screen and thumbnail of each flv in the playlist.
If you don't have Flash tool, you can check playerDIY Flash video player creator (http://www.playerdiy.com/).
