If you haven't tried the latest dev version, please do so. Otherwise, let me know what version of nodewords you are using. Nodewords has been going through some major changes recently and I have tried to keep my code backwards compatible but it may be not working for some versions.

I use nodewords 6.x-1.11. also use "basic meta tags" and the "site verification meta tags. The other components of Nodewords 6.x.1.11 are disabled.

I'm using that version and they show up. Do you have any meta tags selected (/admin/content/nodewords/settings)? Have you added any meta tag content to any node yet?

I'm perplexed as to why this is happening since that version works for me (with dev). Try update.php? Or, try disabling and then uninstalling seo_friend and then enabling?
