Is there any way to rearrange the fields in the form "Create Advertisement"? I would like for the "Select Ad Type" drop-down menu to be near the top, rather than near the bottom of the form, since one of the first things I do when creating an ad is to select the type of ad. Right now, I have to do a lot of scrolling up and down in the form to fill in the fields in an order that makes sense to me; it would be nice to be able to rearrange the fields in a order that is more efficient for me.

Agreed! I'm also finding the Weight, Scheduling, Image, and Status groups mixed in amongst other module fields, which is a little overwhelming.

Right now the entry form on my site shows: (first some fields that I got into the order I want, then...) Weight, Book Outline, Scheduling, Theme (from the themekey module), Revision, URL path, Menu settings, Image, Comment settings, Status, XML sitemap (from that module), Authoring info, Publishing options. I would be happy just to get Weight, Scheduling, and Image grouped together!

This would be great. For clients who don't have a deep understanding of the advertising system, it'd be nice to be able to set up a simple workflow from top to bottom.

It'd be best to be able to arrange the order for advertisement fields with other content type fields. However, a simple alternative might be to group all the advertisement fields together into one: at least that way they can appear in an appropriate order.

Drupal 6 is EOL and no longer supported. Closing this as outdated for that reason. Thanks for your contribution!
