of page 2, 3 and so on.
I also checked the index database (after several cron runs).
Page 1 is indexed ok.

Looking at gsitemap the only page indexed seems to be the first. Is this something to do with the ?page=0%2C1 in the URL (something like _p2 would certainly look more inviting to both humans and search engines) and is it avoidable?
While the module is a great idea if all pages after the first are effectively invisible to Google etc that would be a major drawback.
