Cannot proceed beyond step 1

I've been successfully using this module until recently. I'm not sure what may have changed except that I've been adding vocabularies in taxonomy. I am unable to proceed beyond the Select content type screen. After selecting a content type and clicking next, the screen returns to select content type. It does not proceed to browsing for and downloading a file. I don't know what to look for as nothing is reported in the system logs nor are any php errors in my php errors log file. If it should make any difference I've also install jquerymenu. This is all occurring on my development box, the production version still works correctly.
