1) why isn't the theme pushed down when the toolbar is enabled (like evry other d7 theme)
2) why is the background/header looking weird when visiting a page
3) comment permalink need to be removed or something has to be done about it
If I can help, ask for it, maybe I can fix it, maybe I can't :p
>1) why isn't the theme pushed down when the toolbar is enabled (like evry other d7 theme)
Fixed in the most recent dev snap shot. The issue was the theme and tool bar were using a fixed positioning. However, I advise anyone using this theme to have different admin theme enabled.
>2) why is the background/header looking weird when visiting a page
Can you explain or send a screenshot?
>3) comment permalink need to be removed or something has to be done about it
Yikes, that's actually using the default template from core so I just added a custom template and committed the fix.

ishmael-sanchez commentedI will officially start on this now that the D6 version has been redone and released.

ishmael-sanchez commentedThe dev version is working for the most part no errors or major issues. However I still need to:
Refine CSS for fields (list items see #902678: Unordered bullet lists not supported )

ishmael-sanchez commentedThe D7 dev has been pretty solid and is being used in the wild so unless there is a huge objection I will have an official release.
