This is the fourth time I've installed Drupal, and the first time I have installed on this particular host. The host has been giving me issues already, as the SQL support is pathetic and they're still running 3.2, but I think I have jumped that hurdle.
I have installed in the same way I've done on all my other Drupal installs, which are running swimmingly. This install, though, seems to have no theme information whatsoever! Check it out at www.desnacontrols.com/filemanager/
there are no block locations, no content sorting, no colours, et cetera. I can't find any missing files. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

A new host would save you a ton of effort
I used PowWeb.com $7 a month and they have an auto-installer that will set it up for you. Starting from a working install is a great way to get used to Drupal. They have great nightly backup to restore from if something goes wrong.
Hope that helps.

Oh, I am well aware of many good hosts :-/ unfortunately this client insists on using the POS I'm working with right now.
I've got a lot of working installs of drupal ;-) so I'm pretty well aware of how handy they are for getting used to it.
Anyone have an idea what is causing this theme issue, and if it is a host problem or something I have overlooked?

Methodology to fix it
I'm trying to pass on the methodology for solving the problem rather than pusing a service. Find a working version, port it to that server, see if it works. If not, it's the server, if so, problem solved.
