I thought I'd make a view that could spy on my access log but it doesn't work - I get the column labels but no data - any thoughts?

itsnotme commentedMay be a user right problem - I cannot use Views Spy with contents in groups (only logged-in members can read), as like in your case only the labels are listed, no data.
manuel garcia commentedAssuming that was the case due to lack of response...

jpp commentedI don't think it's a rights thing - it doesn't work when I'm logged in as admin and the rights system always returns true for the admin user.

manuel garcia commentedIn any case, does your view display the right data if using a normal style, like say, unformatted?
neclimdulI'm pretty sure I'm going to remove Views Spy from the bonus pack soon #756414: Remove Views Spy. Its confusing, a little buggy and not really a good fit for the package.
neclimdulNot sure if this is valid still in the simple spy project but just in case moving it over there.

dellintosh commentedOP - can you test this out with the Views SimpleSpy module (current stable version is 1.0) and let me know if you still experience the same issue?
Thank you,
