Have auto drafted translation be in state Out-of-date translation [#684376]

First I must say this is a great initiative, I really like the functionality.

To ease the workflow for the translators looking at the auto generated translation I would like the auto translated nodes be in the state "Out-of-date translation". This could either be the default or an option at node creation time.

Sounds sensible. This is kinda related to #684358: Add admin option to optionally unpublish auto draft nodes I created earlier. Definitely something we need to add! Right now I'm trying to commit the changes of this morning before the dev snapshot packager runs! Will address this later on. =)
