uid in criteria should be always be set, even when anonymous user is voting. Check the patch.

I cannot vote more than once on a node from the same IP address whether logged in or not logged in.

I have the Plus1 widget working great on my site now however I do have one issue and I'm not sure if it's in the issue queue as of yet or if any of you have experienced it. I'm slating this as an update for Phase 2 of my website but basically I cannot vote more than once on a node from the same IP address.

Any insight would be helpful!

My first guess is that this is a VotingAPI problem.

Set the VotingApi setting "Anonymous vote rollover" to "immediately."
