I think could be a very nice idea to add a click button to check whois of ip of vistors coming more often on my site, to try to understand from where they come on this page admin/reports/visitors

On the side of the whois module this is very simple.

In a page from the visitors module it could just link to an url like drupal/whois/ip or domain

Since you also posted this request for the visitor module, let me include a reference to that issue #684636: show whois of visitors.
