pvasener CreditAttribution: pvasener commentedI am definitely interested in this module as a complete module for content moderation. For the moment, I'm still in the discovery phase but I will be pleased to help you maintaining it in the future by submitting bugs, feature requests and... patches :)

lewie6 CreditAttribution: lewie6 commentedsounds great, tried to install your module, it didnt work. When i installed the module, it just printed out lots of code to the screen, with my website underneath

pvasener CreditAttribution: pvasener commentedHello lewie6. Could you please reinstall the module and copy/paste the printed out code to help us debug the problem?

stevethompson CreditAttribution: stevethompson commentedI am thinking of adding this functionality to a site I am developing. Currently i am identifying the options. Another module that seems to provide similar capability is the Workflow module. At this time I have never worked with either one.
1) What are the objectives for this development that are different from what is provided by Workflow?
2) If someone has experience with both modules I would appreciate a brief comparison of the exerience.
Whatever the experience, thank you to the developers/maintainers for providing another option.

EugenMayer CreditAttribution: EugenMayer commentedHello Steve,
this is offtopic here. I would please you to open a support request accoding this informations. Please read the module topic, espcially below are the differences.
In short:
If you search for a module which lets you define workflows for doing something with nodes (not their revisions), workflow or rules is the right option.
If you are looking for a module which gives you the ability to have an approval process for nodes and their revisions, where you also can define your own workflows, content_moderation might be the right choice.
But please open a seperate issue if you need more informations.

John Pitcairn CreditAttribution: John Pitcairn commentedInteresting. I'll try this out as a possible improvement - I have previously been using revision_moderation.
One comment from looking at your module code - you should probably try to stick to Drupal coding standards ;-)

broonI'll add myself to the line of users. Your videocast contains quite some helpful information even though the volume is really low. I had to tune up all the way using headphones to listen to it.
I have profound experience with the revisioning module right now which is doing a very similar job. I experienced some flaws though when using content types created by my own modules. So I'm giving content_moderation a try and already found some minor errors (provided a patch, too). I guess I'd have some feature requests, too, but I'm still in the phase of identifiying them. ;)
Really good work, though, so far.

HansKuiters CreditAttribution: HansKuiters commentedNice module. Testing it after core revision and Modr8 failed my needs. Almost there to implement this in a website I'm working on. Keep on the good work. To everyone considering this module: watch the videocast.
