I've created a patch that adds support for videos from Streamhoster. It works for videos streamed via both rtmp and http.

I don't have any videos to try this with, can you give me a test URL?

Yeah, a client needed this functionality and it is not a free service, but I thought I may as well contribute it. Here are some URLs you can use:
