I suggest to show which logged in users have downloaded attachments, how many times, when and at which time ,and from which ip address, and better if showing from which url they was coming from

By 'attachment' do you mean file attachments to nodes/comments, or something else (such as Ubercart file downloads).

I was thinking about attachments to nodes, but also of comments and ubercart are super ideas!
