I really dont have much knowledge when it comes to coding but I have what seems to be a upgrading issue and I am not sure if it is a bug or if its my site. I know Drupal 7 is not out yet but I am trying to upgrade my site at a fake location to see how its going. The site is exactly as my site would be when I will attempt to upgrade it to Drupal 7.
So when I update the site from drupal 6 to drupal 7 it stops upgrading at the "user" part of the upgrade. I think the exact place it stops is where it makes the hashes longer. Is this a bug that still needs to be sorted out, do i post this as a issue at the issue queue on the Drupal project?
I followed the upgrading instructions as its given in the UPGRADE.txt

I'm sure that there's very little chance that D6 to D7 upgrades are possible yet (or if so, may have bugs at any given time, as the code is constantly changing). I'd suggest trying after the D7 alpha comes out (which might be as soon as tomorrow actually): http://webchick.net/node/74 ... even in that case, it could go wrong if you have any contributed modules installed.
Thanks
