After migrating from Drupal 5.19 up to 6.15, many of the taxonomy terms associated with nodes disappeared on my site. This fixed it.

But now when I go in to edit any of the articles, the selected taxonomy values are deselected in the edit form. I'm not sure if the procedure in the above link has any relation to this issue or if it is a completely separate issue... anyone else encounter this?

One thing I did notice is that when I create new articles publish them and then go in to edit, it is working as expected and the taxonomy value stays selected in the CCK taxonomy select list.
