How can I do ?

There are a couple components to your question...

First, if you'd like to simply add the ability to have menu items open new windows, add the Special Menu Items module.

Second, if you need a menu item to open to an external URL, simply go into the menu system (Administer > Site Building > Menus) and edit the menu item with your specific absolute URL.
