This is a quick-n-easy last minute edit of the default mapping for the tags taxonomy. Dan Brickley suggests to use dc:subject in place of sioc:topic. It only affects the standard profile. Note that this should go in the alpha given it's part of the standard profile and cache in the db.

This is a very simple change. It makes sense, based on some last minute feedback from people in the FOAF and SIOC communities.
