I like the 'My Galleries' tab on user account or profile page with one additional thought.(just my opinion)
After using this for a short time.
The Tab should be moved to the default/core node_gallery module and should only be visible ' if ' the user has galleries.
The features, check box(on-off) and permission to view tab are great features and should stay.

My reason for requesting this feature moving to NG core is so all users of node_gallery will have this great feature.
The option to toggle the tab in the UI makes it workable for everyone. And the permissions feature makes it even better for all. Even if we can't get the ' if ' feature, still, this very neat. Thanks to DesignWork for this feature in node_gallery_display.

The only change I made in my site was to remove the 'title callback' and 'title argument' so the tab reads as 'My Galleries' rather than 'admin's galleries'. I did this (on my install) for 2 reasons, the title text in the tab is shorter and the profile/account page already has the user's name.

Marking as a feature request for 3.x. Is DesignWork still maintaining node_gallery_display? There's no releases on the project, and he hasn't posted over here for some time.
