Why do anonymous users see View and File Import tabs?

Hi, I'm using the Zen Theme and my site has been running fine but I just noticed today that anonymous users, when viewing a node, see a View and File Import tab just under the title of the node. I've checked the permissions and can't find anything causing this. Infact, I disabled all permissions for the anonymous user (except access content ofc) and it stayed the same. I feel a bit silly... What am I missing here?
