The Links on the Rules page - admin/settings/customfilter/0 - always goes to a blank page.
Sample: admin/settings/customfilter/0/1/edit

So one cannot edit any rule.

having the same issue using dev version on 7.19.

Every time there is a blank page this means a fatal error in php. Please, see in apache log the error message and post it here.
For me it works, so i need to know what is wrong for you.

Just taken a look at the system that I had the issue with.
I'm not experiencing the error any more, so i'm happy for this to be closed
