locked "my account" goes from one submenu to another

When I have created a menu item "Home" (link: user), "my account" item goes into it as submenu. That's ok.
But when I create "Home" (link: user) in another menu, "my account" item goes there as submenu too. I don't think that's ok. Any thoughts?
