Thanks for this patch, I had the same errors on pgsql due to the use of non-standard SQL in the webformblock module ( e.g double quoting field values ), an example error msg is:

warning: pg_query() [function.pg-query]: Query failed: ERROR: column "webform" does not exist LINE 1: ...EFT JOIN node n ON wfb.nid = n.nid WHERE n.type = "webform" ... ^ in /.../includes/database.pgsql.inc on line 139.
user warning: query: SELECT n.title, n.nid FROM webform_block wfb LEFT JOIN node n ON wfb.nid = n.nid WHERE n.type = "webform" AND n.status = 1 in /.../sites/all/modules/webformblock/webformblock.module on line 111.

I was in the process of making a patch myself when I found this one! - this patch fixes those issues.
