I installed both the wrapper modules and for some strange reason, I can't find create content>>book page. Both taxonomy and book modules were enabled before I installed the wrappers.

Is this by design? I am uid1, so I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Drupal version is 4.7.2 and category module is I think 6th June 2006

The book wrapper doesn't provide a page for 'create book page'. The idea is that you create categories and containers instead. ;-)

If there's no 'administer -> categories -> create vocabulary' provided by the taxonomy wrapper, then why would there be a 'create content -> book page' provided by the book wrapper?

Indeed! What a dumb question to ask considering that category replicates all of the features of the book module and I have been using the module for quite some time now:(
