I have a few sites that all use Domain Access and they are all pretty much identical. I was wondering if anyone has used domain access on all their sites while using drupal's core muliti-site (http://drupal.org/getting-started/6/install/multi-site) functionality.

I'm also trying to figure this out. It seems as if you can use multisites as well as Domain access, but all the domains you want to control with Domain access need to be run off the default installation, and not from any of the individual sites in the sites directory. The post I linked to explains it more clearly.

You can do this, but the problem is with aliases for domains across multisite. There are workarounds, but they have to be done at the server level.
