I was originally able to upload images to my drupal site (www.poppingoff.com) using my old laptop running Windows XP.

However, today I am unable to upload any files or images while using my new laptop with Windows 7. Could it be my new computer OS? The software settings? Or is it my site?

I don't get any error. It simply continues to say "please wait..." as if it's uploading the file, but it's not making progress. Please help!

When uploading files I only get "please wait..." when my Internet connection is VERY slow. I would say is a problem in your Internet connection or in your site. Why don't you ask someone else to try to upload a file or image as well? Do you have an username/password to test?

My internet connection has been very fast otherwise and I am able to upload images and files to emails and such with ease (and quickly). This is not a slow internet connection (unfortunately). I will ask someone to try to upload an image for me. I think something is up with my site.

In that case I would think is a problem with your hosting. Ask someone else to upload an image and let us know.

I was able to upload images using another computer running Windows XP with the same internet connection.

Only differences are the files I was uploading and the computer/operating system. I think maybe there's some issue with using Windows 7 or maybe there's an internet setting I need to adjust maybe?

Why don't you try to upload the same files with your current Internet connection? Just to rule out that you were not uploading some too big files or something

trying to uplaod a 40mb file to the local machine im on and its saying please wait..... never completes.
