The <img> tag needs an alt="Add This" in it. (It can say anything, I just picked "Add This" but it can even be empty and still validate correctly.

Do not use the patch in #1.

This thread is rendered obsolete by a security patch that was created without implementing the fix. So, follow this issue further, and see the new patch at the following new issue:
