Newly installed/enabled module (DHTML) enabled/saved on Site Building->Modules not seen on Blocks page

New to Drupal. Installed Drupal and then downloaded and unzipped the DHTML module to Sites>Default>Modules. Subsequently enabled this module on the Site Building->Modules page and then clicked "Save" on that page. When I went to the Site Building->Blocks page I don't see any DHTML Navigation block module items listed in the disabled list as expected.

Comments

module configuration

Goto administer > Site configuration > DHTML menu
Choose the effects and un-check which menu's it is to be active on and save.(check mark to disable)
the module is active by default on all menus, unless you check them.
Then place the menu blocks where you want them.
If you need an additional menu for the module, create a normal menu first at administer > Site building > Menus, then go back the DHTML menu settings and the new menu is in the list.. and place the new menu block.
The blocks will not be labeled DHTML menu, they just have the menu name.

Thank you!

Thanks for your response. I wasn't aware that this module behaved differently from the rest of the "add ons"
