My menu systems will not stay put. They are always disappearing or partially missing. I do not understand what is going on. Are there any resources or aids that can help me figure out what is going on?

I figured it out
I will explain what was happening though:
I was doing an upgrade from D5 -> D6. We utiilize DHTML_Menus. I stumbled across this post: Here and was working with the steps they outline. Well, I couldn't figure out how to enable the devel block. I couldn't find it anywhere. So I enabled the themer portion of the devel module. Well that just killed everything. I turned it off and all my menus came back. Does a module install/unistall rebuild menus? It would make sense that it has to. But I felt like I was losing my mind! Thanks for the inquiry.
