Why do I get this message when I edit a user's mailing list settings? I can't unsubscribe someone.

Did you ever get this resolved? I just installed Mailman Manager et al, and am getting this error as well.
How'd you fix?

More than likely your email is failing, check the logs in the drupal admin, the error you see is from the if statment on line 560 in mailman_manager.module. The two criteria is a db update and mailsuccess. if the email is going out then check your database to make sure mailmain_users table was created.

get the message, too.

I think think this is when a user subscribed to the list using "Mailing Lists Subscription" tab (by "User Mailman Register" module). Then in the "Mailing Lists" tab the message "Sorry, you are not allowed to change this list subscription" shows up.
